You are invited to Colonial Decadence; Chocolate and Wine Pairings at the John Marshall House
Preservation Virginia invites you to attend our Colonial Decadence experience at the John Marshall House.
An evening of fantastic wine and chocolate pairings. Delightful desserts and hors d’oeuvres prepared by Richmond on Broad Café’s head chef, Matt Lee and pastry chef, Joshua Carroll will be paired with Virginia wines vinted, in John Marshall’s historic childhood home, Oak Hill. Ambassadors from Mars/American Heritage Chocolate will be on hand to demonstrate colonial chocolate making from the raw cacao bean to the finished product. You will be able to sample the resulting delicious colonial style hot chocolate drink.
