The Shenandoah Hotel is a restored historic building in downtown Roanoke, VA. The property is adjacent to the recently completed Taubman Museum of Art which has recently been recognized nationally for its innovative architecture. The Hotel was completely renovated in 2000 at a cost of $4.5 million and now lies within a conservation district.

The property is located in the Historic Downtown Market District, near Center in the Square, the Roanoke Farmer's Market and the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center. The District has over a half million visitors a year and is home to over 60 restaurants, 100 retailers and 20 art galleries.
