To celebrate Historic Garden Week, Bacon’s Castle is having a Garden Party!

Over 30 years ago, the Garden Club of Virginia sponsored the restoration of the oldest English Formal Garden in North America. Stroll the ancient pathways at Bacon’s Castle with your friends and family. Visit with our gardeners and ask questions. Purchase seeds and plants. Share iced tea and cookies with The Regency Society of Virginia who will be picnicking and playing games as artists are painting plein air on our lawn. Bring your own picnic to enjoy before or after your tour.

Garden Party activities are included with general admission.
