Join the John Marshall Center for Constitutional History & Civics and Preservation Virginia’s John Marshall House for a FREE professional development workshop for Virginia educators.

This day-long program will kick off at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture, and include a tour of the John Marshall House in the Court End neighborhood of Richmond. PVA and JMC staff will share how historic homes can be interpreted as primary sources, and explore ways to connect the turn of the 18th century to students’ lives today.

Registration to this professional development session is free, but spots are limited. Teachers will receive recertification points for participating in the session.
