Homeschoolers are invited to the John Marshall House for a dedicated opportunity to explore the site on Wednesday, May 10th from 10am-2pm. Museum Educators will provided guided tours of the 1790 home and students will be able to engage histories and themes of civics and the Supreme Court, urban living and urban slavery in the Early Republic and more! We will also be offering hands-on activities, crafts, scavenger hunts, and more. This event is on-going and homeschool families are invited to arrive at anytime.
Admission to Homeschool Day is $10/student over age 5; $8/adult; children 5 and under are free. Advanced registration is required via the link below and admission can be paid by cash or card upon arrival.
A Note on Parking: The John Marshall House is located in downtown Richmond, located at 9th and E. Marshall Streets. 2-hour paid street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and a parking garage is available one block away at 8th and E. Clay Streets.
