Scotchtown staff will be discussing foodways in the 1700s including exploring the kitchen garden and cooking multiple dishes throughout the day using 18th century recipes. The foods exhibited will document the wide variety in taste throughout the colonies. Guests can take home a recipe or two to try themselves! This special series tour is included with regular admission pricing.
