Submit a Preservation Inquiry
As the statewide advocate for preserving historic resources around the Commonwealth, Preservation Virginia partners with local, like-minded organizations and, in some cases, individuals who face preservation challenges. Much like our annual list of Virginia’s Most Endangered Historic Places helps us focus our work, we can more effectively respond to inquiries and intervene if the challenge presented meets certain criteria that align with our mission and resources.
If you are requesting consultation (via email or phone), a letter of support, a site visit or other active participation, please answer the questions below.
Inquiries will be reviewed within 5-10 business days. Support for intervention requests is strictly at the discretion of Preservation Virginia staff and Board leadership.
